At Hellthy Life, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, a return request may be accepted in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product packaging was tampered with during delivery

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Reason for return

Our support team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

Since our website uses Razorpay as the payment gateway, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the same payment source (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) via Razorpay.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or opened
  • Return request made after the allowed time period
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided during order

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
